Mosborough is this year celebrating its 25th anniversary as a club.

Over the last decade Mosborough RUFC have worked hard to

develop a very successful Junior Section and we have recently been

awarded the RFU Seal of Approval.

 

We constantly strive to ensure that players of all ages and abilities

enjoy themselves and have a positive and safe environment be it

during training session or match day weekends. We aim to develop

each child to the best of their ability by promoting a 'Rugby for All'

ethos throughout the club. We train young children to enjoy rugby and

insist on high levels of respect for officials, coaches

and other players.

 

Here at Mosborough RUFC, all our coaches and staff are fully trained

and conversant with not only the laws and skills of the game, but

also in the protection and welfare of the children. We work to strict

Codes of Conducts and adhere to the Rugby Football Union Policy

and Procedures for Young people in Rugby Union and apply the RFU

Continuum.

 

All age groups from U7's to U17's are welcome, both boys and girls

(up to U12's for girls). It doesn't matter if you haven't played rugby

before, here at Mosborough we will ensure you develop the skills and

have fun playing rugby.

Bacon Buttie Morning

We would like to invite you to an open morning with Mosborough RUFC Junior

 

Section from 10:30am until 12:30pm. During this time you will have the

 

opportunity to meet with the coaches from all sections of the club, have a tour of

 

the facilities, observe a training session as well as a Q&A session about the

 

club and further development of your child playing rugby.

Fundraising Event - Bag Packing 10/10/2009

 

 

 

Well done to the Mosborough Jrs. who helped on the bag packing fundraising

 

day at Marks & Spencer (Meadowhall). They managed to raise a grand total

 

of £463.00 in 4 hours. Well done and Thank you for all your hard work.

Also a big thank you to all the parents and helpers on the day,

 

 

as well as Marks and Spencer at Meadowhall for accommodating the event.

 

 

This really does help the club and will ensure we can provide the fantastic

 

sport of rugby to the great group of youngsters we have at the club, you're
